Franchise

Franchising Opportunities

Launched in August 2021, FM Solar™ has grown to be one of the fastest and most successful renewable energy networks in South Africa with a national footprint of franchises.

  • Are you already operating in the renewable energy industry with established technical and electrical capabilities and qualifications?
  • Focused on excellent client service and quality?
  • Ethical in your approach to business?
  • Looking to enter a lucrative expanding market?
  • Willing to learn?

Our franchisees get the support and credibility that comes with being part of a national group and having the technical, operational and sales support needed to be successful in this industry.

We select franchise partners who have the technical and sales credentials to be successful in this exciting industry. We require that all franchisees are personally involved in and lead their  franchise business from the front. Should you not have the technical and/or sales capability needed, we will offer you all the training and support you need to ensure that this is the right franchise opportunity for you.

VISION
Our vision is to become a leader in integrated contracting solutions throughout the Southern African region and to drive our presence and expansion into emerging markets, building a value-based culture, founded on sustainable development, continuous improvement, enhanced standards and procedures, community involvement and improved employee welfare management.

MISSION
In an effort to not only drive towards but exceed expectations, our goal is to position our company amid the preferred solutions, service providers and partners, in our field of business operations.

In order to achieve this, we aim to establish, improve and maintain our people relations.
We have a people-centred  approach throughout our business with our employees, suppliers, partners as well as the communities where we conduct our business.

WHAT WE OFFER
We assist in organising, training, merchandising, marketing, and managing.
Owning a franchise has a high likelihood of business success.

Strategic Identity
A good brand identity brings with it a loyal customer base that is seeking the same experience and products in their area. Customers trust franchised brands.

Capital
Capital is the biggest limiting factor for existing businesses wanting to expand. Initial capital investments in business plans, marketing, R&D, system development, supplier relations, and SOPs have already been made by the franchisor, who at this point, is at an advanced stage of all of these. This is why banks are more likely to finance a franchise.

Ease of Supervision and Management
Franchisees, like entrepreneurs, have a vested interest in the success of the business. The core difference is the accessibility of shared human resources such as marketing, legal and accounting departments.

Constant Growth
Setting up a single unit costs a lot of energy, time and money. There is also a fear of being lost in a crowd of competitors. Owning a franchise allows for better allocations of resources making it easy to expand into you being a multi-unit franchise owner.

Profitability
Ultimately, your business will be leaner and turn a higher profit as a result.

Purchasing Power
As the franchise grows, the franchisor's marketing strategies, multiple locations, and combined customer base lead to an increase in turnover, profits, and ultimately purchasing power for the franchisor. This allows the franchisor to develop better deals with suppliers.

Minimised Risk
All the above taken into consideration, owning a franchise mitigates many risks associated with starting or expanding a business.
